Patterns of Chernobyl

Typography wasn't the only thing I was on the lookout for on our recent trip to Chernobyl - it turns out that the USSR of the 1980s was big on patterns. And I mean BIG. There were houses with a different wallpaper on each wall of one room. There were hand-painted murals and mosaics on every conceivable surface. It was just beautiful. Here are a few of my favourites!
